Scrapbook-Bytes/Scrapbookbytes reserves the right to change, update, and modify these terms of use without prior notification. Acceptance of Terms of Use at ScrapbookBytes.com (online store)
- Unless otherwise stated, all products purchased at Scrapbook-Bytes/Scrapbookbytes online are for PERSONAL USE only (unless a separate commercial use license has been purchased).
- Each designer at Scrapbook-Bytes/Scrapbookbytes retain their own copoyright for his/her designs. Each designer have their own terms of use and guidelines for use of their products. BE SURE you are aware of their terms of use prior to purchase. Each download contains a "READ ME file or "like" file containing information about their acceptance and permissive use of their products. Each designer's terms of use may also be found here.
- By purchasing, unzipping and installing ANY products purchased or downloaded from Scrapbook-Bytes/Scrapbookbytes, you agree the product/download/item is the property of the designer/group and sold or available for download to you for PERSONAL USE ONLY.
- Commercial use items are avaiable in the Scrapbook-Bytes/Scrapbookbytes store here, or you may contact designer individually requesting such use (this DOES NOT mean permission will be granted) ;)
- CD burning options are available to those which need their order/s placed on CD. This option can be puchased for an additional cost and shipping fee.
- You must include invoice #'s on checkout IF you are adding orders to be burnt other than those purchased at the same time at checkout.
- Refunds will NOT be provided for downloadable products. We will go to great extremes to be sure you receive your downloadable product, including providing it to you via different means of download if necessary. Refunds will NOT be provided for any reason (including inability to unzip the file, don't like the product after purchase, thought it was for paper scrapping, etc.). We will do our very best to help rectify the issue you may be having with your downloadable product.
- Users/customers found to be file sharing, repeatedly cancelling orders, requesting refunds, violating terms of use, creating copyright infringements, etc. WILL BE BANNED from the Scrapbook-Bytes/Scrapbookbytes store/site. Scrapbook-Bytes/Scrapbookbytes may ban a member/customer without notification.
- Note: we have had to do this on VERY FEW occasions :) (we don't want to scare anyone; but we take this very seriously!)
